Our prices are based on a multitude of different factors as each business and home has many aspects that can impact the price such the frequency of cleans, number of employees needed to clean, and length of time needed to clean. WHAT AFFECTS OUR PRICING:

  • Prices per visit are lower if you schedule a regular cleaning service. Less-frequent cleaning gives dirt, dust, and trash more time to build up which can increase cleaning time required by up to 70%.

  • Cleaning prices are lower for office buildings than for restaurants, medical facilities, and industrial buildings that often require specialized cleaning services. Larger spaces take longer to clean, increasing overall cost. Cleaning also takes longer for businesses with a dense layout.

  • We offer short-term and long-term contracts in addition to on-demand services. Signing a contract agreeing to a specific number of visits per week/month offers discounted pricing.
